I’m Aniket, currently working as an Assistant Manager at Shinex Mosaics, where I contribute to business development and marketing initiatives that drive company growth. I recently concluded my tenure as a pro-bono consultant at Loksarang Hardas Incubation Centre, LIT Nagpur, advising early-age startups in cost effective marketing strategy and market penetration.With a Master’s in Business Studies and research experience analyzing marketing and sales performance curves, I bring diverse exposure across investments, manufacturing exports, and renewable/sustainable industries, including experience in managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). To expand my perspective, I’ve completed certifications in international business, corporate strategy, and leadership.Outside of work, I spent 12 years as a professional cricketer, captaining U16 and U23 State Teams. These experiences shaped me into a resilient, strategic thinker with a strong focus on team building and performance under pressure. I also volunteer with the S.P.
