ABOUT ANIKET P.

I am a lawyer practising in the areas of litigation and particularly class actions. I have an avid interest in a range of litigation and insolvency practices, and have gained valuable experience in consumer and shareholder class actions as well building and construction law, with trial experience in domestic building disputes. I have appeared in VCAT, Magistrates Court and County Court proceedings and am eager to learn and grow as a young practitioner. I have also instructed counsel in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria and other courts and tribunals. As a passionate and driven individual, no task is too big and I strive for perfection in everything I undertake. I have developed excellent organisational skills and am highly goal-oriented in my daily tasks, along with my professional life. Through my years in client facing roles, I have developed my people skills and empathy. I am a strong believer that a real genuine connection with your clients and stakeholders is the key to success in any industry.
