I\'m Aniket Natu Working as Junior Estimator, The position includes estimating of all aspects of pre-construction through to post-construction of our commercial and residential construction projects. Responsibilities of Estimator: 1.Acquire all information needed for job costing. Analyze the blueprints using Bluebeam Revu software and perform On Screen quantity takeoff for scope of work as per company standards (Landscape, screw pile, painting, Electrical, Security, Masonry job, also Custom job etc.) 3. Create accurate estimates and draft proposals using Company\'s software, currently ProEst. Prices for all the line items should match company standards or as advised by the Senior Estimator. Submit timely and competitive bids. Process change orders while coordinating with the Management department.
