Portfolio Reconciliations• Perform Portfolio reconciliation for OTC collateralised trades under ISDA/ CSA, for all disputed margin calls (VM, Netted, IM Pay & Rec) for the day.• Analyze and validating the MTM breaks (mark to mark) which are arising of incorrect trades and matching performed within the reconciliation tool used by the industry (Tri-optima & Acadia).• Investigate and identifying the root cause of disputes & differences between UBS Vs Counterparty and update the cases in TR & ACADIA with appropriate comments as per the action taken and update dispute driver for all disputed clients.Regulations/Regulatory Reporting:• With aim of mitigating risk, performs various Regulatory reporting as how process demonstrates its financial and operating activities comply with standards for regulations: EMIR, FinFrag, SFTR, Dodd Frank (CFTC & SEC), MAS, & HKMA.• Publish daily HKMA & MAS regulatory report and ensure breaks are actioned within timelines before reporting to Regulatory (outstanding HKD 100M & for at least 15 business days for HKMA).• Prepare & publish all Regulatory EMIR EURO 15/15 Disputes Report where an amount of € 15 million or higher and outstanding for at least 15 business days.• Refresh & identify the list of clients (FCs, NFCs, SDs, & MSPs) in scope for EMIR/DF/FinFraG are reconciled regularly in portfolio recon platform.•As per CEMNA, report the disputes in Winjammer portal which are breached the threshold for $ 20 Mil and publish the weekly reported & outstanding disputes for CFTC & SEC.•Ensure all CFTC & SEC active trades statements are delivered to clients to be compliance.
