Hot Skin Pass Mill – Greenfield (Sariseki, Turkey & Algeria)- Successfully commissioned this Hot Skin Pass Mill, which involved developing new models from first principles for a Type C mill. These models integrate the Tension Leveler and Roller Leveler with the Skin Pass Mill stand.• Successfully commissioned Single Stand Reversing Cold Mill - Steelscape, Kalama, Washington - With new models increased their production, reduced off-gauge materials, improved quality - Added various new features compared OLD model, multiple grade selections• Successfully commissioned the Roll Process Model (ROP) and Global Shape Model (GSM) on green field HSM project in, Sariseki, Turkey• Provided Technical Advisory Services to help coordinate installation and commissioning activities for Process Automation Model software to meet the design performance criteria of hot & cold rolling units.• Designed and tested the ROP and GSM models to correct the model learning coefficients used to gain knowledge of physical quantities such as roll thermal expansion, roll wear, strip profile and flatness
