Working as a Health Administration Intern under the National Health Mission at Sawladbara Primary Health Centre, Tal. Soygaon, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.During this internship, I am gaining hands on exposure to the functioning of primary healthcare systems and public health programmes at the grassroots level. My role involves observing and assisting in day-to-day administrative operations, programme implementation, record management, and coordination among healthcare staff.I have actively engaged in understanding health service delivery, patient flow management, and reporting mechanisms under various national health programmes. This experience is strengthening my interest in health administration and governance, especially in improving efficiency, accessibility, and quality of care in rural healthcare settings.I am particularly keen on learning how administrative decisions impact healthcare outcomes and how effective management can bridge gaps in public health delivery.
