Currently working as an Operational Buyer at Philips Healthcare GBS, I manage the complete procurement lifecycle — from PR to PO conversion using SAP MM — while optimizing transport decisions and enabling cost-effective sourcing through supplier negotiations and strategic collaboration- My role focuses on driving data-backed decision-making through real-time KPI monitoring (CLIP, OTIF, etc.) using Power BI and Qlik Sense, and resolving supply disruptions in collaboration with demand planning, quality, and logistics teams. I also lead SharePoint-based automation projects to improve procurement reporting and workflow efficiency- My journey began with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, where I contributed to cost-saving SOPs and reconditioning processes at Bosch India Ltd. That hands-on experience was complemented by my MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management, where I served as President of the OSCM Student Council and actively participated in PMI and Research Cell initiatives, building strong leadership, project management, and research capabilities- During my MBA internship at Bosch, I executed a consumption control project for fuel injector components, applying VSM and VSD at the plant level to significantly enhance process efficiency. These experiences strengthened my passion for lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and supply chain innovation- I\'m committed to delivering operational excellence through smart sourcing, digital transformation, and strategic stakeholder collaboration.
