Troubleshoots and resolves Cisco system/network service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provides corrective actions. Completes project tasks and assignments to meet project deadlines. Present strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer facing, vendor liaison, able to work closely with a team. Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of company and customers’ networks. Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks. Receive and respond to incoming calls, trouble tickets, and/or e-mails regarding network connectivity problems. Prepare, maintain, and adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring network data. Configuring, testing, and troubleshooting of network equipment such as Cisco routers/switches, IP phones, and wireless LAN equipment in coordination with Project, Servicing, and Customer teams. Document all network designs, configurations, and network change requests to maintain real-time accountability network architecture. Flexible schedule and sense of urgency to support escalations that affect business operations and client services. Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotation Maintains standard network designs for each SLA classification. Maintains Standard Router configurationWell versed in network design Firewall/Switch/Wireless Access Administration – including advanced configuration and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure implementation and support
