As a Specialist (Associate) in Supplier Onboarding operations within Procurement, Roles and Responsibilities- Include managing the global onboarding of suppliers-Ensuring their registration in the Ariba system, and creating their Archer profiles for contracts and engagements, including signing NDAs-I handle supplier-related queries, assist suppliers and internal stakeholders with system, process, registration, guided sourcing projects, and contract workspace issues-Verify and minimize duplicate supplier profiles within the system, check supplier profiles in SAP, and perform OFAC checks to mitigate risks and prevent money laundering- Additionally, create procurement service requests for renewals, statements of work, NDAs, MSAs, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, research, and other requests- Following up with suppliers to connect with the SAP Business Network regarding orders, invoices, and payment statuses.
