I’ve always been curious about how things actually work in the real world — where strategy meets execution and ideas are tested on the ground.That curiosity has led me to explore different sides of business — from technology and product development to marketing, sales, and strategy. Over time, I’ve found myself drawn to roles where I can connect these worlds and build solutions that are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven.Currently, I’m a Deputy Manager – IT at AWL Agri Business (Adani Wilmar), working closely with business teams across sales, marketing, and product. My role goes beyond tech — it involves understanding real-world challenges and translating them into solutions that improve decision-making and execution.Some of the work I’ve been involved in includes:• Shaping a go-to-market approach for a B2C app focused on large-scale adoption• Contributing to an Annual Sales Planning tool to make forecasting more structured and data-driven• Working closely with sales teams in the field to understand how strategies play out on-ground• Identifying gaps in supply chain and operational models, and improving processes through structured analysisDuring my marketing internship, I worked on digital and e-commerce growth — running campaigns, improving visibility, and understanding what drives consumer decisions.
