I’m a dedicated public service professional with experience in complaint resolution, adjudication, and client service across government, healthcare, and financial sectors. My work has focused on supporting vulnerable populations—including individuals facing poverty, mental health challenges, and substance use—through respectful, policy-aligned service delivery. Currently, I serve as a Complaint Officer with the BC Public Service, where I lead investigations under the Emergency Health Services Act and manage sensitive disclosures in compliance with FIPPA and PIPA. I’ve also worked as an Adjudication Analyst, assessing CPP Disability eligibility and preparing financial summaries to support fair, timely decisions. My background includes frontline roles in banking and senior care, where I developed strong communication, conflict resolution, and data management skills. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems like ICM and EMARS. I’m passionate about continuous learning, equity in service delivery, and using data to drive better outcomes. I’m always open to connecting with professionals in public policy, service delivery, and regulatory fields to share insights and grow together.
