About Aniket Adhav
I have completed my MBA - Operations Management from Fr. C Rodrigues Institute of Management Studies. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I have worked as a Supply Chain Intern at ImmaculateBites Pvt Ltd (Brand: Open Secret) for a period of 8 months. I was responsible for major activities in the company\'s supply chain which included Procurement, Production planning, Inventory Management, Training and Implementation of ERP system and Logistics for E-commerce as well as B2C Consumers while managing a team of 16 members. During my MBA, I worked as Transport intern in DHL Supply Chain and worked on various projects like Manpower productivity, Vehicle and Warehouse space optimization during 2 months period and received PPO post project completion. My interest in the field of Supply chain developed during the final year of my Mechanical Engineering and it helped me explore different opportunities in this field. I have always tried to keep myself informed on updates regarding my background by taking up different courses where the formal education is limited and thus stay abreast of any new developments.
