ABOUT ANIK CLEMENS
Anik Clemens is an accomplished executive coach and strategic development leader with a unique blend of federal government experience, association management experience and a passion for coaching. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature from the University of California at San Diego, Anik began her career as a biologist, leading a fisheries policy team to help conserve natural resources. Transitioning into coaching in 2015, she earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has since become a dedicated advocate for the coaching profession. Currently serving as the Regional Director for North America & Latin America at ICF, Anik focuses on developing local and regional markets, deepening member and volunteer engagement, and sustaining healthy chapter communities. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships and advancing the global impact of coaching.
