ABOUT ANIKA WAIDELE
Hi! I am Anika, passionate about Change Management and Sports. In my opinion people are the most important success factor for businesses. Getting the right people and ensuring they are motivated and enabled for their work is fundamental for success. That\'s why I wrote my Bachelor thesis about employee experience while working at Deutsche Telekom. As it was important to me to show the impact and importance of Change Management activities, I then wrote my Master thesis about Change Analytics. Besides getting my Master I was working at Accenture as a Change Manager in different large scale transformations. For me its super important to understand what each person needs - not only as trainer for competitive sports, to get the best out of the people, but also in a work context - understanding concrete needs to ensure successful, people-centered transformations.
