Key responsibilities at include- Co-development of the transformation programme’s strategic communications and engagement plan to drive major change, including delivery of all the supporting tools- Delivery of high-quality and creative internal communications & engagement initiatives to facilitate transformation- Providing expert support to leaders and the wider transformation team with their communications style and how to engage and build dialogue with staff using multiple channels- Content creation for key channels (incl. the intranet, digital screens, face to face events with senior leaders and external speaking events)- Successful delivery of a coordinated programme of employee engagement activities and events, including hybrid all-staff events, show and tell workshops, staff conferences, leadership events, news articles, blogs, video content- Programme management of up-to-date communications and engagement plan, segmented to different audiences within the organisation, supported by effective planning tools and engagement with change owners across the organisation
