About Anik Chaudhuri

Anik is an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in high-performance computing and machine learning. As a CUDA Engineer at Monarch Tractor, he parallelizes and optimizes computer vision and deep learning algorithms to deploy on Edge devices. He is skilled in Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, Python, profiling and benchmarking deep learning processes, CUDA C++, MPI, HPC, and Bayesian statistics. Before joining Monarch Tractor, he was a Ph.D. at IIT Bhubaneswar, and his research focused on HPC and AI. During his PhD, he has developed the following solutions:• Used Bayesian statistics to calculate cell proportion breakup of cancerous tissue on a GPU and MPI cluster.• Optimized previous model to improve scalability and speed.• Developed parallelizable machine learning algorithms to improve scalability and speed.• Developed GPU-compatible conjugate models with cuBLAS and cuSOLVER.• Implemented a generative adversarial network in Pytorch to generate valuable data for future experiments.• Parallelized MCMC (Markov Chain Monte Carlo) and variational Bayesian on a GPU and MPI cluster.Specialties: MPI cluster, HPC, CUDA C++, OpenMP, Python, Bayesian Statistics Machine learning, Deep learning, Tensorflow, Pytorch
