ABOUT ANIES MUTIARI
I am a quality assurance and research professional with a strong background in chemical analysis, standardization, and industrial development. I began my career as a chemical product quality analyst before transitioning into quality assurance roles in ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories, where I later served as a quality coordinator. My responsibilities expanded to include proficiency testing (PT) schemes based on ISO/IEC 17043 and the development of Reference Material Producer (RMP) systems aligned with ISO 17034, initiatives that have strengthened Indonesia’s measurement, testing, and quality assurance capabilities across chemistry, materials, construction, and electronics sectors. Currently, I serve as an Associate Industrial Development Officer at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, focusing on optimizing industrial technologies and enhancing SME competitiveness through quality infrastructure, process improvement, and innovation support. I also contribute to the national quality ecosystem as a certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditor, Halal auditor, Green Industry verifier, Greenhouse Gas verifier, and Domestic Component Level (TKDN) verifier. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple levels of collaboration - international, regional, and national - to bridge research, technology, and industrial policy. These initiatives have contributed to strengthening innovation ecosystems, improving laboratory and quality infrastructure, and fostering partnerships that connect enterprises, government institutions, and research organizations toward sustainable industrial growth. I am passionate about initiating and strengthening cross-sector and cross-border collaborations, believing that partnerships built on shared knowledge and trust are key to achieving sustainable, inclusive, and resilient industrial transformation - a mission that continues to inspire my work at the intersection of science, quality, and industrial policy.
