My main responsibilities as engineer inside the R&D department and the Mechanical Laboratory of Tecres S.p.A.(biomedical Company specialized in acrylic resins and preformed spacers) are:\\\\n- management and definition of tests (ISO 11607, ASTM D4169) for packaging, for example: tests to evaluate the sealing; integrity tests of packaging before and after shipping test;\\\\n- statistical analysis of data and test results with MINITAB;\\\\n- elaboration of Static Tests (bending, compressive and tensile tests) for acrylic resins according to ISO5833;\\\\n- elaboration of fatigue tests for acrylic bone cement materials according to ASTM F2118 and for prosthesis according to ISO 7206, ISO 14243 and ASTM F1800;\\\\n- elaboration of creep tests to evaluate the creep of acrylic resins under constant compression load (ASTM D2990);\\\\n- definition and development of tests and procedures (test protocols) ad hoc according to technical regulations for specific devices under evaluation;\\\\n- redaction of technical reports and documentation for Notified Bodies (e.g. FDA, BSI);\\\\n- definition and management of tests to be compliant with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
