Having more than 18 years of experience in tackling technological problems leading to new industrial products, my specialization is in two major fields:(a) optics, a field with surprising depth and beauty in both physics and engineering aspects;(b) integrated photonics, a field that paves the way for miniaturizing optical components onto a single chip.I am currently working as Electro-Optical Infrared System Engineer for ELT Group where my role focuses on the design, development and integration of countermeasure systems for avionic self-protection suites. Supporting business development of the new EO/IR systems completes my daily work.
