ABOUT ANIDEEP SEN GUPTA

People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” – Maya Angelou.This principle strongly resonates with how I approach my work and life.I am currently pursuing an MBA with a primary focus on Strategic Leadership and Foresight within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. I also hold a Project Management Certification from the University of Toronto, a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, and an Honors Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Life Sciences from Wilfrid Laurier University.In my current role at Vantive Corporation (Baxter’s Kidney Care spin off), I support and manage key Quality Assurance Systems processes, contributing to compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment. Previously, I completed my MBA Capstone as a Project Lead with Life Sciences Ontario, where I worked closely with industry stakeholders on strategic initiatives impacting Ontario’s life sciences ecosystem. Prior to that, I worked at McKesson Corporation within its Specialized Distribution (MSD) business in a client consulting capacity, leveraging experience across project management, regulatory affairs and quality assurance (RAQA), business development, and operational excellence. Earlier in my career post undergrad, I had gained hands on experience across various life sciences and healthcare organizations, including Resilience Biotechnologies, Baxter International, Stericycle, and doing COOP internship at Mount Sinai Hospital, University Health Network (UHN), and Grand River Hospital in the healthcare domain primarily.Beyond my professional interests, I am deeply passionate about social justice, equity, and empowerment. I aspire to build a career where my work creates meaningful, positive impact in people’s lives.
