ABOUT ASHLEY NICKLE

As a passionate results-driven communications professional, I encourage creative, solution focused, and collaborative thinking while ensuring protocol/policies are met.As an analyst, I apply a logical and creative analysis to drive a proactive approach to any project. With 5 plus years of experience in program management paired with multi-layered management experience, I am able to effectively communicate programmatic impacts on any level. This is demonstrated through my ability to quickly learn nuances of a program/project and apply technical skills to execute deliverables while adhering to government, contract, and department policies and procedures. In addition to my strong oral in written communication skills which are supported by my formal M.A. in communication studies education, I understand the vitality of clear and purposeful collaboration amongst all teams, working groups, subject matter experts, prime contractors, and federal agencies to support the overall mission.Integrity, education, collaboration, and innovation are the four pillars of my character. Which is echoed through my program management experience and almost a decade of higher education work paired with my proficiencies, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive knowledge in program development/management to promote training and communication growth for colleagues and professionals across departments, I\'m able to drive results for clients and stakeholders while supporting initiatives.As a life-long learner, I plan to one day obtain a PMP Certification, a doctorate in Organizational Leadership - program management with a focus on international affairs/public relations which will build on my previous degrees. I received a Master’s in Communication Studies from the University of Miami after discovering my passion for internal relations/communications at the University of Central Florida where I received a Bachelor\'s in Advertising – Public Relations.Previous teams and coworkers have described me as having a \"can do\" and affable character who brings a realistic and positive attitude to problem solving.
