Included responsibilities: Team Lead and Coordinate the activities of 28 professionals: 10 Tower Engineers 1 Central Plant Engineer 2 Kitchen Engineers 2 Publics (Casino Areas)/ Colosseum (Theater/Auditorium) Engineers 1 Audio/Visual/Electronics Engineer 4 Laborers 2 Carpenters 2 LockSmiths 2 Exterior Trash 2 Gardeners Interact, facilitate and support the operations and maintenance of 3,960 guest rooms, 14 Villas, Casino Floor, Restaurants, Bars, Pools, SPA, Convention Center, Colosseum/Theater/Auditorium, Parking Garage, etc. Cross functional communication and teamwork with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Environmental Services, Guest Services, Luxury Operations, VIP Services, Food and Beverage, Conventions, Pools, Security and many others. Coordinate Vendor for Elevators and Escalators, Major Plumbing Services, Major Electrical Services, Fire Protection, etc. Assists in documenting all technical issues within the incident management system. Work with Facilities Manager in coordinating projects and scheduling work. Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions. Train and assist area apprentices and engineers in repair procedures and company policies.
