About Anibal Perales

Besides being a mechatronic engineer I am passionate about new technologies and development. This is why I consider myself somebody that is really into what He does and tries to deliver the best on each one of the projects that I work on, including the best possible customer experience.My experience is mostly focused on PLC programming and HMI development, thanks to this I developed troubleshooting skills related to automated systems and their integration. I am also experienced in programming, configuring and installing power devices and VFD’s, and implementing instrumentation and communication protocols among these devices within business network infrastructures.Capable of carrying out design processes and troubleshooting preexisting ones in the most efficient way possible in terms of time and design economy.Experienced working directly with clients and end users. In supervisory/leading roles I employ a coaching leadership style, providing high levels of support and direction while motivating my team and creating a collaborative environment.I am always open to learning whatever is necessary to overcome any challenge, both in my personal life and my career.

   Specialized in the development and optimization of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), with a focus on Horner PLCs utilizing CsCape software. My role involves both programming from scratch and enhancing the performance of existing programs, ensuring seamless operation across various industrial applications.•Development and enhancement of HMI/PLC systems for gas levels measurement, enabling calibration, validation, and zeroing processes mainly focused to meet environmental emission standards.•Improvement and customization of the OxyPro system, based on the Oxydetect, utilizing TTL, RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces.•Configuration and programming of Digital (Modbus, Fieldbus, CsCAN) and Analog (4-20, 0-20, 0-10) communication systems, particularly with Bronkhorst Mass Flow Controllers (e.g, Flexi-flow, In-Flow, Cori-Flow, Liqui-flow, El-Flow).•Field service for deployed systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.•Providing comprehensive remote technical support, equipping customers with the necessary tools to troubleshoot, update, or restore their systems efficiently and minimize downtime.•Designing systems compliant with Class 1 Div 2 standards for hazardous environments.
