About Anibal Acevedo

Extensive experience in the corporate finance, corporate development and strategy, investments analysis and financial audit and strategic consulting areas, as well as sound analytical and problem solving skills. During my professional experience working as analyst in the Corporate Finance department of Banco Sabadell, the fifth biggest Spanish bank by market capitalization, I contributed significantly to the success of 5 advisory mandates in the energy, construction, waste management and banking industries. Later on, I analyzed over 7 major M&A transactions in USA and the Eurozone as a member of the Strategy and Corporate Development team of Ferrovial. We successfully completed two of these operations in 2012: the acquisition of Enterprise in the UK for EUR 472 million and Steel Ingenieria in Chile for EUR 29 million. After completing the integration of the latter to Ferrovial\'s holding company, I joined the Internal Audit team in the US to manage audit and consulting projects for Ferrovial’s subsidiaries in the US and Canada and help them optimize business processes and improve returns on invested capital.
