As the Managing Director of Impact Hub Florence, I am in charge of the strategic development of the organisation together with my partners in Milan and Turin. I am overseeing partnerships, and community growth in Florence, and I am committed to developing impactful new projects and strengthening the bridge between the global Impact Hub network and Impact Hub Italy, fostering collaboration, innovation, and meaningful impact locally and internationally.We are currently working on an EU-funded project called UPFARM with 16 other partners, deepening our understanding of social farming and exploring ways to make it more systemic and scalable.We are also a proud member of the “Innovation Hub”Florence coordinated by the Municipality (Comune of Firenze) where we collaborate with other partners to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Florence.

This period taught me the art of relationship management. • Navigated Impact Hub Yerevan through the challenges of the pandemic and wartime, ensuring its continued resilience and growth. This period taught me leadership. • Transitioned from local to global by leading high-impact international programs as part of Impact Hub Global. In the past 5 years, I have made professional connections around the world, understanding that complex problems require collaboration. • I have recently joined Impact Hub Florence as a Managing Director, and I’m excited to bridge international collaborations with the Italian expertise.
