Oversee the recovery of disrupted flight crew training sessions across Etihad’s diverse fleet, including Airbus 320, 321, Boeing 787, Airbus A350 and 380 adjusting schedules and ensuring all training requirements are met without compromising operational performance.* Contingency Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen disruptions such as crew shortages, illness, or training conflicts, ensuring minimal impact on flight operations and safety.* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with training departments, flight operations, and scheduling teams to realign training sessions, optimize crew availability, and ensure training compliance for all fleet types.* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery actions align with the requirements of the GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority), maintaining compliance with their regulations for flight crew certifications, recurrent training, and safety standards.* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for flight crews, training departments, and management, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of training disruptions.* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of recovery actions, training adjustments, and compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory audits.
