With a degree in Industrial Engineering, coupled with 7 years of experience through co-ops and full-time roles, I aim to integrate my technical background with my design expertise. Merging the two enables me to translate customer needs into impactful solutions. I have emboldened over 100 brands with creative services and design assets, including larger companies such as Amazon, the LA County Department of Mental Health, and many unique small businesses. I offer specialization in data-driven decision making, crafting brand/marketing strategies, graphic design, and fostering innovation through enhanced user experiences and technology.As an Engineer within a Digital Transformation portfolio, I led a team focused on creating and designing solutions to optimize operations in manufacturing areas across our site. I received a Shop-Floor Impact Award for leading my team in the creation of these data-driven products and tools. This award highlighted my understanding of customer and end-user needs, which allowed my team to develop impactful solutions. Additionally, in this role I collaborated with a software development team to drive product enhancements and improve the end-to-end experience of a content submission platform for 200 users, resulting in submissions increasing from 300 to in the first month post-launch.In my current role I work as an Instructional Designer on a Cyber Systems team where I develop technical training content for hundreds of users.
