My job is pretty unique, and I absolutely love it! Think of me as the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, both for our leaders and for our fundraising efforts. It\'s a crucial hybrid role with strong administrative support and successful fundraising through event coordination, donor relations and management, in addition to team bridging and communications. Beyond the skills I bring, my true passion lies in supporting an organization that helps children and adults with special needs and mental health challenges find solace and healing through the power of horses. Working alongside our incredible staff, volunteers, instructors, and therapists, it\'s phenomenal to see the impact of equine therapy firsthand, and I\'m constantly learning from this ever-growing field.
