As Chief Culture Officer, I am responsible for promoting an inclusive environment, creating a sense of belonging amongst colleagues and clients, designing programs with an equity centered lens, and ensuring people, culture, and equity are at the forefront of all things we do.Internally, this means that I will work to ensure that the team is supported, have a sense of value and belonging to the greater whole of Alford Group, and feel safe to be exactly who they are and bring all of themselves to every situation. Externally, my objective is to design and build services for clients that focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
