In my role at the California Department of Technology, I am responsible for overseeing engagement and operations of the Office of Broadband and Digital Literacy. I manage engagement initiatives through all phases (starting with storyboard, presentation development, to execution of hybrid events), ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, while maintaining strong discretion when working with confidential and sensitive content. My efforts included organizing public campaigns and events, website design and development, and publishing monthly newsletters to raise awareness of broadband initiatives while collaborating with various state agencies to enhance digital equity across California.
