My passions are improving the customer experience through data and technology leadership - transforming organizations to drive business results and develop customer capabilities through the innovative use of data-driven technology. Technology architecture and data transformations inclusive of complex data migrations have been at the heart of my journey over the past 15+ years. I strive in enabling business transformations through laying the required (master) data groundwork as part of large-scale modernization projects across Sales, Marketing and Services in highly complex enterprise environments. Proven accomplishments are scaling out a local ‘Swiss-made’ solution across 100+ subsidiaries in Microsoft, still serving as de-facto Customer Master across the company, as well as leading the global full life cycle deployment of SAP MDG for Microsoft Services $6B business unit to enable contracting, delivery and billing.
