ABOUT ANHAD BAINS

I\'m Anhad Kaur Bains, an undergraduate student at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, currently building a strong foundation in finance with a keen interest in fintech, consulting and socially responsible strategies. At STCI Primary Dealer Ltd, I’ve been fortunate to work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to the government securities market, RBI policy actions, and bond mathematics. This experience has helped me become more confident in using Excel for financial analysis and deepened my understanding of market dynamics and macroeconomic linkages. As the Treasurer of the Placement Cell, I led a team of 50+ and 100+ volunteers in organizing large-scale recruitment and internship drives, managing budgets, acting as stakeholder manager for 20+ organisations, and ensuring seamless execution. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while allowing me to collaborate across teams and bring structure to complex projects. I’m currently revisiting Python through the CFA Institute\'s PSM to understand how it can be used for financial analysis and data-driven decision-making. I thrive in collaborative environments and approach every opportunity with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset. I’m open to networking and exploring live projects, case competitions, and collaborative opportunities that challenge me and expand my horizons.
