Lead a small team of bid specialists through RFIs, RFPs and Tenders, yielding a high success rate of wins. Helped shape the organisation to pivot from a software house to a customer focused service company, through its acquisition by Bayer. Guided multiple functions from contractual obligations through to BAU (Business As Usual).
