I am the Chief Technology Officer at red violet, a leading provider of data and analytical solutions that harness the power of data fusion. I have over 20 years of experience in developing data driven products and technologies using AI, machine learning and data science methods.As the head of AI, data science, software engineering and cloud engineering, I oversee the research and development of idiCORE, the next generation of highly-distributed entity resolution, identity verification, investigative, and search technologies. I have expertise in data fusion and entity resolution at scale, fuzzy search, supervised/unsupervised ML, AI, and geospatial analytics. Our proprietary technology uncovers the relevance of disparate data sets to bring out comprehensive insights into people, businesses, assets, and their interrelationships. We serve various industries and sectors, such as identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and law enforcement.With a background in scientific computing, I have a strong foundation in mathematics, modeling, visualization, regression, anomaly detection, and information retrieval. I have also been involved in multiple scientific research projects, publications, and patents, such as the 2005 Gordon Bell Award Finalist/Honorable Mention for magnetohydrodynamic turbulence simulations. I am a Certified ScrumMaster and an advocate of agile methodologies and practices.My passion is to leverage data and technology to solve complex and impactful problems, create innovative and scalable solutions, and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
