Lead and manage the AP/AR/GA team to deliver functional excellence towards business priorities in UK and Ireland region:\\\\n\\\\n- Oversee local statutory audit and annual filing\\\\n- Review month-end close activities and management accounts across UK entities\\\\n- Lead and embrace system deployment in P2P, O2C, R2R value streams\\\\n- Identify improvement opportunities and regional alignment with advance technology in Finance\\\\n- Support business transformation and entity setup/dissolution to maximize efficiency\\\\n- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners\\\\n- Assist to maintain the effective payment system and accounting control\\\\n- Sustain at least 95% on time payment across all UK entities\\\\n- Implementation of Business Process Automation\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
