ABOUT ANGUS RAWLING
I am currently working at Deloitte in the audit and assurance practice. Prior to working at Deloitte I was a hardworking and dedicated student-athlete who has balanced school at St. Francis Xavier University, with athletics on the X-Men Cross Country and Track teams. While working towards a BBA in Accounting with Honours I have achieved Academic All-Canadian status for every year that I have attended the school. My honours thesis had a focus on the financial impact of inter-provincial distribution regulations in Canada which I had the opportunity to present at The World Beeronomics conference in Pilsen, Czech Republic at the Pilsner Urquell brewery. Athletically over my time at StFX I have worked my way to becoming one of the top distance runners in the country, receiving All-Canadian and Canadian University Champion honours and held both school and conference records on the track. In 2018 I had the opportunity to represent Canada at the World University Cross Country Championships in St. Gallen Switzerland. I also had the opportunity to experience, although briefly, the world of professional running through a partnership with New Balance Canada with the highlight being a high finish at the Canadian World Championship trials in 2019 before beginning my journey with Deloitte.
