Support the structuring, execution, and analysis of capital placements, advisory mandates, and specialty lending transactions for the firm\'s broker-dealer and specialist investment banking platform- Develop investment proposals, pitch books, and diligence materials across Xtellus Capital, Advisors, Private Credit, and Ventures, and provide ad-hoc support to XTS Commodities- Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and industry research to evaluate investment and lending opportunities, with a particular focus on emerging markets and developing regions- Provide analytical support for Xtellus Capital\'s investment banking and capital markets initiatives, including research and presentation materials related to equity, fixed-income, and private placement transactions- Assist Xtellus Advisors and Ventures in evaluating direct investments, advisory engagements, and co-investment opportunities within venture and asset/fund-management portfolios- Deliver analytical support to Xtellus Private Credit on asset-backed lending, trade finance, and specialty-credit transactions.
