I’m a senior IT Service and Operations leader with a strong background in Major Incident Management, Incident & Problem governance, and operational risk within complex, regulated environments.My work focuses on keeping services stable when they matter most. I’ve spent years leading high-pressure incidents, addressing the root causes behind recurring outages, and helping organisations rebuild confidence in their IT operations — particularly where ownership has become unclear or processes no longer hold up in practice.I work comfortably across technical teams, security, vendors, and senior stakeholders, translating operational issues into clear decisions and actions. I’m known for a calm, pragmatic approach during incidents and for pushing RCA and improvement work to completion rather than letting it stall once systems are restored.I tend to add the most value in environments that are complex, regulated, or business-critical, where operational resilience and clear governance really matter.
