Founder. Transforming the landscape for maritime education to make it more flexible and available to seafarers and marine companies across the world. We have developed programmes to enable organisations to meet the objectives identified in the UK Maritime 2050 vision.Recognising the need to refresh skills and knowledge we have created a portfolio of online CPD modules that can be delivered onboard vessels. These provide a cost-effective and auditable solution to the requirement for ongoing training for shipowners and managers.We have established a pathway to second certificate of competency examinations resulting in cost savings for companies and increased opportunities for career progression for individuals.We work with companies to create digital training solutions that are aligned to their competency frameworks. This allows them to track and monitor the learning, and engagement of their employees and identify gaps in knowledge and understanding.
