I am a policy and communications professional, currently the Spokesperson for the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo. I design and run strategic communications plans and public diplomacy efforts—everything from media and press outreach, events management, and stakeholder engagement—while managing risk, decision processes, and the full lifecycle of government grants. I translate complex technical and policy issues for diverse audiences, lead change-management communications, and build strong contact and partner relationships. I am fluent in Spanish, have professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, and am conversational in Egyptian Arabic.
