ABOUT ANDREA GOINES
With over 16 years of experience in human resources, I am a strategic and highly accomplished professional who has worked in both public and private sector. I have a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Training and Performance Improvement, a Master in Management and Human Resource Management, and a DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop. My core competencies include employee relations, performance management, employment law, training and development, employee engagement, policy implementation, and applicant tracking systems. In my most recent role as a Human Resources Consultant at Grady Health System, I provided support for HR operational and strategic activities, including onboarding, compliance, and background checks.
