Lead and support well planning activities for production wells in USGOM Deepwater in compliance with BP\'s standards for safety and operational risks.•Liaise with Renewal and asset geoscientists to ensure the well planning activities and documents continue to meet the target objectives and desired outcomes articulated for the well.•Responsible for seismic description of the overburden and generate depth prognosis for appropriate surfaces and faults.•Collaborate with directional and completion engineers to design well paths that meet subsurface well objectives while mitigating drilling and completion risks.•Ensure integration of well planning and operational activities through strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including subsurface and well leadership.
