Responsible for the administration, oversight, and leadership of all community member-related clinical programs of the Cancer Support Community; the supervision of all clinical facilitators and adjunct instructors; and the provision of direct clinical services for people of all ages affected by cancer in accordance with CSC national and local standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with members, program professionals, speakers, and key programmatic constituents in the healthcare, medical and academic arenas; develops and manages the program budget, maintains program statistics and reports.• Envision, implement and grow innovative oncology programs. • Ensure CSCCO is on the cutting edge of oncology programming and all populations are receiving needed services to reduce barriers to holistic care. • Participate, lead and secure research pilot programs to participate in and funding opportunities when available.• Establish and maintain a presence within Ohio\'s state and national cancer coalitions and organizations, encompassing engagement with social workers and other relevant stakeholders.• In collaboration with other CSC staff and board, participate in the development of strategic goals and objectives as it relates to program delivery, reach and evaluation. Ensure completion of programming goals, provide detailed quarterly reports with updates and make adjustments as needed to goal and/or programming.• Supervise Program Manager who is responsible for day-to-day operations of CSCCO programs. • Lead, manage and evaluate the Care Coordination program and supervise the care coordination Manager. • Lead health equity initiatives for the organization.• Establish and lead the Health Equity Advisory Committee.
