Yep, me too.In my 25+ year career, I went from being a pastor to freelance marketer, then climbing the ladder from technical support rep all the way to General Manager of several growing software companies that are used on over 1.2 million websites. Chances are you\'ve seen one of our products already today!Along the way, I learned how to lead teams, hit ambitious goals, and keep things moving—no matter how complicated life got.And trust me, life got complicated.While building my career, I spent 10 years deep in the “sandwich generation,” caring for my mom (who battled several rare diseases) and raising my daughter (who grew up in the blink of an eye). Oh, and I stayed happily married through it all, too.What did I learn from juggling caregiving, parenting, and leadership? A lot- When chaos hits, clarity matters.
