My first role asked me to build an analytics function from the ground up. There was a real need for better data, and a lot of decisions had to be made quickly. Most of the early progress came from trial and error, and from listening closely to the people actually using the work.That approach still shapes how I make decisions today. As a Bilingual Data Scientist at Dataiku, I am responsible for technical strategy across 4 to 8 Fortune 500 accounts at a time, often in highly regulated environments. The work requires constant context switching between languages, architectures, and stakeholders, and helping teams move from legacy systems toward modern AI without losing what already works.I care about how it feels to work together, especially in high-stakes environments. The strongest outcomes I have seen come from direct, honest relationships where people are comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions. I take on work that stretches me into unfamiliar domains and new constraints, because that is where I sharpen my judgment. That focus on clear decision-making and trust is what I bring to every engagement.
