I love to work with people who are already good speakers who want to get even better, and with folks who are terrified to go out on stage. I\'m inspired by the whole range of reasons people want to become compelling speakers! After several years of doing this work, I realized that \"treating the symptoms\"(i.e.\"um\"s, eye contact, gestures) would never address was really holding people back from being great speakers. I got my coaching credential in order to help my clients get to the root of what really prevents them from showing up the way they deserve to. Now I can give each client tangible tools to put them on the path to authentic, compelling communication. Ignite CSP\'s process takes the physical and mental skills great actors employ and translates them into practical techniques that professionals from any field can use.
