After so many years of serving business clients of all sizes - from small closely-held companies to large corporations - I draw upon my experiences in handling M&A, commercial lending, real estate financing, corporate governance and other business legal matters to help my clients get the deal done. On the flip side, if you are business winding down operations or taking on other strategic transactions, I can assist in stock repurchases, transferring corporate ownership, corporate reorganizations, sales, wind-ups, and dissolutions.I am well-versed in advising clients on complex commercial transactions in negotiating sales agreements, supply and service agreements, equipment and real estate leases, and other business agreements to help my clients keep going.In counseling on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance issues, I help clients navigate regulatory filing requirements for securities exemptions, manage corporate compliance, corporate books and records, and establish internal policies and programs.
