Angie Rowe is an accomplished nonprofit executive and visionary leader dedicated to expanding access, inclusion, and opportunity for children with visual impairments and other disabilities. As President & CEO of Beyond Blindness, she has led a transformational period of growth—doubling revenue from $2.2M to more than $5M, expanding staff from 28 to over 50, and increasing the number of children and families served from 200 to more than 1,500 annually.Under Angie’s leadership, Beyond Blindness has evolved from a traditional vision-focused center to a comprehensive family resource hub, recognized for its pioneering Journey of Care model and its first-of-its-kind partnership with Orange County Head Start. She has cultivated deep partnerships with leading foundations, corporations, and public agencies; advancing both the organization’s mission and its long-term sustainability.Angie is known for her strategic vision, operational discipline, and people-first, servant leadership style. She excels in organizational growth planning, fund development, cross-sector collaboration, and board governance. With a reputation for turning bold ideas into actionable strategies, she builds high-performing teams grounded in optimism, accountability, and shared purpose.Her experience spans over three decades in nonprofit management, fundraising, and community partnership development.
