Opens all types of new accounts, including. Processes all related paperwork, forms and file maintenance. • Interview members in person or by phone for loan requests; process loan requests and close loans as needed on an overflow basis.• Researches member inquiries and problems regarding credit cards and debit/ATM card issues, including fraud and disputes, and all other electronic services. • Educates members on the services of the credit union. Cross-sells the services of the credit union. Participates in marketing campaigns.• Balances a cash drawer as needed, including all related sales items such as money orders, teller’s checks and traveler’s checks.• Processes member requests for share draft orders, ATM/debit cards, home banking and audio response service, check copies, statement copies, wire transfers and other services.• Handle and research member account inquiries and discrepancies as presented in person, by phone, mail, fax or email. Assist members with checkbook balancing. • Assist co-workers both behind the line and on platform with questions, training or as help is requested.• Work as a FSR/Teller as requested (Saturday or emergency) by performing all advanced and regular teller transactions, balance, troubleshoot, dual control on vaults and Sentury Safe, bundle coin or cash for sale, etc.
