About Angie Wong

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over coaching hours serving MNC C-Suites, directors, and top talents in the US, Europe & Asia. I have extensive experience working with international clients including Fortune 500 global firms across multiple sectors. It is my belief that sustainable change starts from within. I adopt an integral approach that allows clients to embrace their intrinsic attributes and strengths, and cultivate integrated wellness in their body, mind and spirit. My clients describe me as a thoughtful listener, an authentic truth-seeker and teller, and a trusted partner who offers practical, impactful guidance. As the former president of First Interstate Bank in the US, I had extensive experience in building organizational capability and managing broad-scale change efforts. I was named “Outstanding Female Banking Executive” by Independent Bankers Magazine in 2006. My coaching supports my clients in shifting from tactical leadership to enterprise leadership. They learn to lead from their hearts and communicate authentically and compellingly. They devise clear direction and strategy, lead organizational change, achieve work-life balance, build influence skills, and effectively develop relationships with key stakeholders. I am a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator and has launched courageous leadership coaching programs throughout the globe. I am a Leadership Embodiment Practitioner, a certified Team Coach with Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and a certified Organization Development practitioner with National Training Laboratory (NTL) Institute. I am also certified in numbers of Psychometric Instruments including MBTI, FIRO-B, The Leadership Circle 360 Profile, and Hogan. As an avid supporter of gender equality, I enjoy being a mentor in The Women’s Foundation, and volunteering with the World Academy for the Future of Women. Brought up in Hong Kong and educated in the US, I have wide range of experience coaching leaders from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I am fluent in English and Cantonese. Outside of coaching, I am an ardent yoga practitioner and an avid outdoor explorer. I engage mindfulness practices daily to help bring clarity and full presence in my coaching work and life so I can serve my clients and others fully and compassionately.
